She's Jedda Walker, the daughter of the 27th Phantom in an old cartoon series from the 80s, "Defenders of The Earth". I watched few episodes, but I remember she was very cute. Also, she's destined to become the next Phantom after her father, so I had the perfect excuse to show her in a tight spandex costume... :D
